Accomodation

In Zaragoza there is a wide range of accommodation options all over the urban area. Nevertheless, as Zaragoza is often a venue for conferences, symposiums, conventions, and other types of events, we encourage the conference attendees to book well in advance.

We have arranged reservations in a hotel located very near a tram stop and the Campus Río Ebro: data about the hotel will be available by 15th March 2018, in particular EXE hotel WTC -Zaragoza has been selected(more information about the hotel is available in this web address https://www.exehotels.co.uk/ex-zaragoza-wtc.html ). If you are interested in booking in this hotels at special university rates, please fill a document requesting the reservation (PDF, Word) as soon as possible and send it to the travel agency of our university (Viajes Halcón), as indicated in the instructions provided.

You may also decide to book your accommodation on your own. We would recommend to choose a hotel close to the tram line, as it provides a fast, convenient, and efficient transportation to the conference venue.
